Parking a licensed vehicle on city streets is not a City Code violation. However, many subdivisions have Homeowner’s Association (HOA) Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs) that prohibit on-street parking. These rules are enforced by the HOA. - Any commercial vehicle of 2-ton capacity or greater parked in a residential district
- A vehicle parked facing the opposite direction of traffic
- A vehicle parked more than eighteen inches (18") from the curb
- A vehicle parked in a no-parking zone
- A vehicle parked on the sidewalk
