The City of Goodyear has implemented a new process to create a streamlined, consistent, and user-friendly review and submittal process for Interim and Final As-built Drawings. As of September 23, 1024, all as-builts shall be submitted via the Accela Citizen Access portal. We no longer accept external drives or links to file hosting sites (flash drives, CDs, dropbox, etc.). Instructions on how to upload as-built drawings into Accela can be found on the Development Center Webpage under at Guides.
