Group Homes

A group home is a type of residence licensed by the state to provide room, board, and supervised care for unrelated persons who live together as a single housekeeping unit. A group home is considered a single-family residential use.

There are limitations to assisted living businesses, and not all are permitted. Home-based businesses may not generate incoming/outgoing traffic, generate noise, or display signs, including vehicles.
