The Police traffic unit was formed in response to the increase in traffic, collisions and traffic-related offenses. Consisting of state-of-the-art BMW motorcycles, one Zero all-electric motorcycle and traffic enforcement vehicles, the traffic unit is dedicated to reducing injuries and fatalities caused by vehicle collisions, DUI enforcement, speed enforcement, and seatbelt/child restraint enforcement.
