The Fire Prevention division handles fire code and inspection services for existing businesses.  We provide fire permits for hazardous materials/processes, operational and state license facilities.  Fire Prevention investigates the origin and cause of fire incidents and works closely with the Police Department on arson related or suspicious fires.
