To report an urgent matter threatening personal safety, dial 9-1-1. To report an ADA parking violation, contact the Goodyear Police non-emergency line at 623-932-1220.

The city does not control private or commercial parking facilities. To identify the responsible party, visit the MARICOPA COUNTY ASSESSORS' WEBSITE and contact the property owner directly.

Once Certificate of Occupancy is issued, the City of Goodyear no longer has authority to enforce adopted codes.  We can recommend that you reach out to the Department of Justice at (800) 514-0301 to file a formal complaint should you not receive assistance from the property owner.
